Come along to the Carnegie Hall, also known locally as the Clashmore Hall, in Clashmore on Saturday 12th November 2022 and dance the night away wih our own Dornoch Ceilidh Express.

This is an event to raise funds for the upkeep of the hall itself. As one of only four Carnegie Halls in the world, our hall is very special. Built by the great Andrew Carnegie in 1907 as a village hall and library for the use of his workers on the Skibo Estate.
Sadly time and the elements have taken their toll on the hall, and vital works now need to commence to keep the hall functioning.
Many of you will have been to previous Ceilidhs, parties, celebrations, and wedding parties. Some of you may have even been married or held your own wedding party in the hall. You will all appreciate the uniqueness of the hall and will want to see it continue to be used as it always has.
There will be a raffle on the night, and a bar selling beer, wine, sprits and soft drinks. There will also be tea and coffee on sale. The bar will be run by our volunteers on the night.
All proceeds raised on the night will go to fund remedial works that need to happen straight away.

Tickets cost just £12.50 - with a small booking fee when you book online. The full £12.50 will go towards the upkeep of the hall itself.
